This role is responsible for delivering high quality sales administration support to ATA’s customer base. This is an interesting & varied role that combines 3 key areas of work;
1. Customer Consignment Order Processing
2. Administration of Service & Repair of Customers Tools
3. Assembly Tool Sales Team Support
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
1. Acts as main point of contact for all **customer's consignment order processing** / Invoicing
- Ensure all orders are handled professionally, quickly & accurately
- Issuing accurate Stock data is provided to Stores / Customers in a friendly, professional way
- Maintain suggested stocking levels in SAP System to ensure customer needs are met and we optimise our stock holding, identifying over stocked or underutilised products for review
- Responsible for actively managing system suggested delivery dates on orders to minimise number of deliveries and reduce cost to serve.
- Identifying back order/ out of stock items, proposing alternatives where appropriate, following up with the supply chain team as required on expected delivery dates
- Liaise with Key Account Customer Support, Customer Success, Technical, Sales & Pricing Teams if there are any issues with order or specifications.
2. Be responsible for processing Sales Quotations, Sales Orders and Sales Invoices related to the **service and repairs** of Tools for customers
3. Working exclusively with our **Assembly Tool Division** to support their day-to-day activities
- Sales Quotation preparation, including creation of in depth turn key solution proposals
- Coordination of Customer shipments & associated documentation,
- New account onboarding & new product set up to customer specification
Other activities / responsibilities include
- Identify and escalate potential issues or exceptional orders to team management
- Attendance at regular team meetings
- Be actively involved in suggesting ways to improve exiting team processes for the benefit of the customer and ATA
- Contribute to making ATA a "great place to work”, working as a team and assisting others
- Develop a good knowledge of ATA’s key systems: SAP, Sales Cloud, Front, Kianda, Power BI, Office365
- Possess a strong knowledge of ATA Group’s Customers, Products, Systems & Processes
- You will need to have a great attention to detail, good communication skills and a desire to deliver a great service to ATA’s customers
- Possess a cheerful outlook & problem-solving approach
**Education**
- Qualified to GCSE standard
- Pass grade required for Maths & English
- The role demands a good degree of IT proficiency ideally demonstrated by an ECDL qualification or similar.
This position is office based however may require a customer site visits from time to time.

The Transaction Support Team will however evolve and grow over time to meet the organisation and market demands. The selected individual will be expected to embrace such changes and rise to the challenge of developing their skills over time.
