Furniture Designer

- Albert Henry Interiors is a supplier of exclusive designed fitted furniture for executive homes built by the UK’s leading house builders.Due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a furniture Designer to join the company because of the sustained development. We are searching for a team player who has experience in providing exceptional customer service for both our Trade Customers and Homeowners. You will need to come from our industry or have product knowledge.

Having a Full UK Driver’s Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to travel.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5.00pm

- Full time, Permanent**Responsibilities**:

- Drawing all Bespoke private client drawings.
- Conducting home surveys with private clients to establish their requirements.
- Visiting DDL sites to survey bespoke jobs requested from sales for stock plots.
- Drawing all standard DDL wardrobes requests following a site survey.
- Create a drawing matrix for each house type.
- Produce the day-to-day drawings for Davidsons plots.
- Design bespoke drawings for clients.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Ordering stock and maintaining material prices.

**Experience**:

- An understanding of AutoCAD (further training can be provided).
- Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
- A flair for design.
- Great customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel
