Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an additional Sales Coordinator to join the metroSTOR team based at our Hythe offices in Kent. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers from the initial enquiry, assisting the Sales Team with the smooth running of the department.

**What The Role Involves**:

- Qualifying enquiries and entering on the CRM at the relevant stage in the process
- Assist the Sales Manager with the follow up of live enquiries
- Prepare PQQ (Pre Qualifying Questionnaire) submissions
- Assist with tender submissions and preparation of quotations
- Setting up contracts and completing detailed handover to the Operations team on receipt of order
- General office administration duties as required

- A well-organised and flexible approach to work with high levels of initiative
- A confident and professional manner
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Numerate and accurate with a high level of attention to detail
- B2B sales office experience an advantage but not essential
- A committed, loyal team player who interacts well with our colleagues and clients
