**We have some amazing opportunities to join to the Ethos Farm team at Westfield Stratford to support our Car Park team on a full time & flexible basis to work around you.**

**Car Park Guest Services - Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout the guests visit when using the car parks
- Overseeing the day to day operation requirements of the car parks - including opening and closing levels correctly, patrolling, car park inspections and first line preventative maintenance
- Monitoring and reporting relevant information and feedback in relation to health and safety, cleanliness and environmental requirements
- Assisting in directional and organising vehicle movement services for guests to ensure a safe and pleasant parking experience
- Assisting with incidents and responding to any emergency situations, ensuring guest and team safety is prioritised
