At The Farmhouse at Fincham, we are an Event and Hotel venue in West Norfolk, With expansion plans on the horizon we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant,

You will be an integral part of our team, participating in various aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include housekeeping duties, food and beverage service, event assistance, and other duties that may arise. This role guarantees a diverse and exciting working environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining an excellent standard of service
- Aid in the coordination and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing guest inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working atmosphere and contribute to a cohesive work environment
