As the IT Senior Manager of the ARMSGlobal Discretionary development team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of operational, tactical, and strategic activities in support of our evolving ARMS products. You will be responsible for determiningtime and resources needed to complete assignments and empowering team members to prioritize and complete assigned tasks and projects. You will also be responsible for people management activities including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring,rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews. As an IT Senior Manager, you will be responsible for fostering an agile team culture with heavy emphasis on promoting team Leadership and product ownership.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The Automated Rental Management System (ARMS) provides replacement rental management services and software solutions to insurance companies, dealerships, fleets, and collision repair centers. Our mission is simple: to bring all stakeholders in the collisionrepair industry together in a way that benefits everyone. Our web-based software solutions are designed to enhance performance management with complete transparency, concise measurements, and seamless data integration. We believe in the power of key performanceindicators to drive improvement.

**ABOUT THE LOCATION**

Our primary office location is in Egham. Occasionally, some meetings will be held on-site and require travel to the office at the employee’s expense. This is likely to be less than 10 times a year.At all other times, the employee can work remotely or inthe office as they choose.

**Responsibilities** Specific Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managerial oversight of software development for ARMS IT solutions at a global level
- Managerial oversight over the Global Discretionary Team
- Tactical and strategic input and involvement in IT solutions globally
- Identify strategic opportunities and challenges, working closely with business stakeholders and global solution leaders
- Oversee resource allocation within areas of responsibility for permanent employees, contractors and outsourced activities
- Engage in employee development initiatives through coaching, mentoring and appraisals
- Understand global IT solutions relevant to areas of responsibility and influence their capabilities
- Communicate progress, risks and issues of projects to global IT leaders in line with global governance structures
- Ensure use of standard and approved toolsets for project management and software delivery
- Maintain high levels of customer service, technical expertise, productivity, efficiency and quality in staff performance
- Steward proactive and timely management of security practices, education and remediation in line with the Enterprise Security Framework
- Commitment to protecting our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions; ensures security policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identifies opportunities for improving security andimplements strategies to improve our security posture

**Qualifications** **Required**:

- Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
- Experience leading high performing software development teams
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum
- Experience working with and managing third party vendor partners to complete projects
- Experience working with large statement of work contracts
- Proficient knowledge of project management concepts, from planning and inception, through implementation and support
- Excellent analytical skills as proven through past success creating, implementing, and executing transformational strategy
- Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal designed to engage an audience across a broad range of technical expertise and/or business acumen

**Preferred:**
- Familiarity with modern software development and deployment technologies including APIs, Microservices,DevOps
