**Fleet Operations Executive**

We’re seeking an ambitious Fleet Support Executive to join our fantastic rental team. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working within an established team of friendly fleet experts, you’ll be supporting the daily fleet management and vehicle repair needs of our growing van fleet across the UK.

This is an exciting and vital role within the Herd operations team, working alongside the best in the industry. You’ll work with our truly incredible customers and national fleet suppliers to safeguard the smooth operational activity for our rental and fleet management vehicles. You will ensure that all vehicle body repair requirements are carried out to the best quality and in line with both industry guidelines & legal requirements. Controlling the damage repair costs and vehicle downtime to expedite any required work and return the vehicle to service.

This is a full time office based position at our Weybridge HQ, although occasional travel to our 3rd party contractor sites may be required.

**Responsibilities**
- Issue vehicle damage & repair estimates to customers promptly ensuring that industry fair wear & tear guidelines are followed
- Obtain customer approvals for invoicing, investigate & resolve customer challenges, escalating where appropriate
- Ensure Key2 fleet management system up to date with accurate repair information.
- Support the Vehicle Repair Manager with authorisation of vehicle repairs, ensuring cost effective and correct repair methods for body repair are followed.
- Certifying both Herd and BVRLA wear & tear guidelines and processes are consistently followed.
- Control repair contractor repair times and ensuring vehicle off road & turnaround times are minimised.
- Support wider fleet team with inbound customer requests, breakdowns & general maintenance support, providing prompt and professional aftersales support.
- Assist fleet administrator with key fleet management and compliance tasks such as road tax and tail-lift loler practices.
- Oversee a prompt & accurate recharge process for your responsible area.
- Compile and manage accurate data reports on KPIs & objectives for internal review
- Assist accounts and fleet administrator with supplier & customer invoice queries as required.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Practical knowledge of vehicles
- Exceptional customer service with proven experience
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment & prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
- The ability to solve problems, use initiative and increase efficiencies
- Be a team player and excellent communicator
- Have good organisation & planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly Confident with IT systems & MS office
- Driving License

**Advantageous**
- LCV mechanical & body repair experience
- Experience working within a growing business
- Fleet management /database systems experience

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
