**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**
You’ll ensure that HR policies and guidelines are fit for purpose, comply with legislative changes, are well maintained, implemented effectively, and deliver best practice. Using your knowledge and experience, you’ll support our frontline HR Hub Advisors, coaching them to deliver accurate HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across the business.
There will also be a chance for you to undertake project work that will help drive Organisation Effectiveness.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:
- Coach and develop managers to enable effective employee relations and people management capability
- Establish facts and determine the most appropriate business solution in line with our processes and policies
- Conflict resolution via mediation
- Delivery of people management skills training
- Relationship engagement with the Trade Union partnership agreement
- Work flexibly with the HR Hub, coaching and developing HR Hub Advisors on frontline HR, supporting the delivery of a great employee experience
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**
You’ll need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to use effective listening and questioning. It’s expected that you’ll be able to build rapport with various stakeholders, so possessing excellent influencing and engagement skills would be advantageous.
