**The Role - Ofice Cleaner**

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of the India Mill Business Centre, its offices, and meeting rooms based in Darwen.

This is a Part time role working a split shift from 6:30AM - 10:30AM & 1:30PM - 2:40PM

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**

To provide professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of general cleaning on site.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning toilets facilities, offices, production areas and dining areas.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the client or Manager, if you are trained to do so.
- Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with the company health and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning materials in accordance with company health and safety and COSHH regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience with work to tight schedules.
