**The Role - Relief Office Cleaner**

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of office buildings based over 2 sites in Orchard Mill and Chapels Park in Darwen

This is a Permanent Part time Relief role to cover holidays and absences the suitable person would be available to work a mixture of shifts as and when required which can be early mornings for 2- 4 hrs from 6.30am Evening shifts for 2 - 3hrs from 5pm Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend daytime cover

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming and emptying waste bins
- Cleaning toilets facilities, washrooms
- Cleaning offices, corridors meeting rooms and locker rooms & showers
- Cleaning of the staff kitchens and dining areas
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- To ensure all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained and in safe working order
- Use cleaning materials in accordance with company health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet roll and paper towels)
- Adhere to all in house Health and Safety Environmental policies and procedures.

**Skills Required**:

- You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
- Key Holder duties
- Car driver and owner would be preferrable due to start time and location
- Free Parking
