Oakfield Estate Agents are recruiting for an experienced **Administrator** to join our Lettings team located at in our Hastings Branch.
**About the role**
**Oakfield Estate Agents** mission is to provide the best level of service to our Landlords and Tenants and we know to do that we need to have the best team working for us.
There is no denying the role of an Administrator is a busy one where no two days are the same but that is one of the things many of our team love about the role as well as building relationships with our Clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone visiting the branch
- To be responsible for the administration and smooth running of the branch, working closely with the Senior Team
- Answer the telephone, direct calls, take messages and assisting in providing information and answers to enquiries
- Organise the daily diary calling to confirm booked appointments
- To prepare full marketing details including floor plans of properties to let and deal with the administration process of this within tight deadlines
- To assist with weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain the key registers
- Keeping up to date with and abiding by all current legislation in the industry.
**About you**
To be successful as an Administrator you must be confident with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
To be successful in this role you need to be fully committed and passionate about ensuring our clients receive the highest level of customer service. Being able to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Salary & working hours - The role is a Full Time role, Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week 8:30am to 5:30pm (till 3pm on a Saturday) but these hours must be considered flexible as often additional hours are needed to fully fulfil the role. The salary we’re offering is £17,000 - £21,000 per annum based upon experience.
