**Job Title**:Telesales Agent

**Location**:Stockport City Centre(Moving to Manchester City Centre next year)

**The Company**:
The company, based in Stockport town centre, specialises in generating leads for Personal Injury and Road Traffic Accidents. They work with a large panel of solicitors on a no-win no fee basis and help hundreds of claimants to access compensation providing a first-class customer journey offering a fast track, hassle-free service. They are up to date with the latest compliance procedures (including the new 2021 Pre-Action Protocol) and are expanding.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Liaise with potential clients to identify strong claims
- Accurately log client information on associated claim forms
- Effectively manage your pipeline
- Generate new leads & act on warm leads
- Deliver excellent service & achieve sales through outbound calling
- Follow company processes to ensure efficiency is at its maximum
- Good communication skills & the ability to listen
- Keen to develop & learn new skills
- Previous sales experience required 3-6 months
- Good literacy, verbal communication skills & IT literate

**Benefits**
- £20,000 a year
- 2 tier uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE’s of £28,000 & £40,000
- 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- Weekly incentives, Record bonus, biyearly staff parties, etc
- 10am - 6pm Weekdays (no weekends) with 1 hour 15 minutes worth of break times
- Early finish every Friday (4pm)
- Growing company with a lot of internal development & career progression to senior sales and management positions

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
