Rapid Personnel are working with a well-established, local brand in Camberley, seeking an Injection Moulder Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

Our client has been established for over 30 years with a proven track record in design, development, mould tooling, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Despite our long history, they're a modern business with an eye towards growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of 4 and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor up to 15 moulding machines and the end-to-end manufacturing process including injection and silicone moulding, productivity, and quality standards.
- Prepare and help set up tools.
- Produce a successful process to manufacture quality products.
- Ensure technical support is provided to operatives.
- Oversee equipment repair and maintenance activities
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the team
- Train and mentor new employees
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with Injection Moulding essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ideally level 3 Polymer Processing and Supervisory training
- Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in welding techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
- Mechanical Engineering Qualification desirable.

**Hours, Salary & Benefits**
- Rotation shift pattern - 6am to 2pm (2 weeks) and 2pm to 11pm (2 weeks).
- Salary £35K to £40K per annum DOE
- Onsite parking available.
- Generous holiday allowance.
- Full in-house training provided on various courses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
