Are you an enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated individual who likes building relationships with people in the community? Can you offer a heartfelt service? If you can answer yes to both of these questions you could be an ideal individual to join our team of Housing Support Workers.

In this role you will work across Grimsby and North East Lincolnshire meeting with service users and providing them tailored housing related support or guidance on topics such as financial resilience, improving quality of life and managing their tenancy.

You’ll need to be a good communicator, comfortable with working from individuals from all areas of the community, and possess an ability to analyse a situation, and provide appropriate advice.

When you join our friendly and diverse team you will add value by helping to maximise independence of people requiring support, enabling real choices in how they lead their life. You’ll need to be comfortable in maintaining accurate records of support provided, maintaining risk assessment and their support plans to be able to respond to emergencies should they arise.

We will provide the successful applicant full training and development in order to be successful in this role.
