Job Introduction
We are looking for an Assistant Attendant to work for the Facilities Management Team based in Ashington, Newbiggin and Bedlington areas.

The role can typically consist of DIY jobs, office moves (moving bulky items of furniture), sickness cover for Cleaners, carrying out alarm and other statutory testing, handing out and picking up staff documentation, meeting contractors on site, opening and locking up buildings and dealing with building users and staff members on a regular basis.

There are 2 x Part Time 15 hour positions, or 1 x 30 hour position based in the Ashington Family Hub, but supporting in the Newbiggin and Bedlington area. The working pattern is 6.30am -9.30am and 4pm-7pm, but there may be a requirement to work outside of these hours on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements of the job include physical fitness, some knowledge of health and safety issues and flexibility.
