Castell Howell Foods is Wales’ leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for a Fleet Administrator based at our Cross Hands depot.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Data entry in fleet management software and Excel
- Invoice processing
- Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records
- Liaise with suppliers for updates on orders for parts/consumables/fuel
- Analyse fleet telematics systems and report on defective equipment
- Search for vehicle CCTV footage following damages/insurance reports
- Keep Managers informed of any irregularities
- Ensure compliance of driver vehicle checks
- Assist in preparation of compliance checks and other reports
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- General administrative support (electronic filing, photocopying, Taxing Vehicles etc.)

Previous experience within a fleet/HGV maintenance position would be advantageous. You should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office. Data entry and organisational skills are also required, as well as a ‘can do’ attitude to adapt to changing work demands.

**What we offer**:

- A full-time position contracted to 40 hours per week. Working Monday-Friday 09:30-18:00.
- £25,625.60 to £28,080.00 per annum based on experience
