Software Engineer required for a leading manufacturer within EV vehicles, based near to Ayr, Scotland.

The successful software engineer would be specialised within Codesys and/or Matlab software platfroms and ideally have experience within the set-up of battery management systems and electric vehicle technologies.

**Software EngineerPosition Overview**
- Write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary and communicate with any programmers involved in the project.
- Research, design and write new software programs.
- Evaluate the software and systems.
- Working on battery management systems and electric vehicle technologies.
- Work regularly on Codesys and MATLAB platforms.

**Software EngineerPosition Requirements**
- Vast experience within a software engineering position / background.
- Qualifications to degree level within software engineering or a similar discipline.
- Proficient within Codesys and MATLAB software platforms.
- Based within a commutable distance of Ayr.
- Full UK driving license.

**Software EngineerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary £55,000 to £60,000 - dependent upon experience, skills and qualifications
- Full time position
- Holiday package
- Pension Scheme
