Electrical Product Design Engineer

Creating and specifying electrical designs by creating detailed diagrams and drawings of wiring, blocks, terminals, controls, component and equipment specifications and more.
Producing 3D Modelling drawings and Bill of Materials for the use of the Production and Procurement teams.
Close liaison with customers on project requirements and drawing specifications.
Contributing to the Owners & Maintenance manuals on electrical related subjects.
Supporting Projects and assisting the Production Manager to ensure project delivery is on time and in line with the quality standards.
Additionally, develop testing programs for tasks such as factory acceptance and other tests.
Travelling to customer sites occasionally to carry out site surveys or commissioning of machinery.
HND or Degree Qualified / equivalent in an Electrical or Electronic field of study.
Proven background within Electrical Design Engineering.
Experience with Zuken software advantageous
Proficient with AutoCAD, Solidworks or other 2D software.
A Full UK Driving Licence.
