Previous transport experience is desirable.

Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Hours of work 0300 to 1500

Pay Rate £12.30 per hour

Must own your own transport - car or motor bike or similar
- necessary due to early start time.

The job will require you to
- READ EMAILS-HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT ISSUES MAY IMPACT THE SHIFT AND INSTRUCTIONS AND THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND FOR FUTURE DATES
- PRINT RESCHEDULES EMAILS-FIND LOCATION-PRINT PAPERWORK
- PRINT ROUTE SHEET FOR FOLLOWING DAY- CHECK AGAINST TRANSNET FOR FOLLOWING DAY-CORRECT ANY ERRORS-CHECK AGAINST THE BOARD TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING COINCIDES
- SEND BOOKING START TIMES OUT
- CHECK THE BMI REPORT TO NOTE DOWN WHICH NDC ROUTES HAVE BMI/BMI CHILLED DELIVERIES ON. THEN UPDATE ROUTE SHEET AND BOARD
- PRINT LOADING MANIFESTS-NOT DOUBLE SIDE
- CHECK TRANSPORT UPDATE AND UPDATE ITS
- ANSWERING ALL QUERIES VIA EMAIL, PHONE AND FACE TO FACE.
- SUPPORT THE TRANSPORT TEAM MANAGERS
- FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
