Integration Co-ordinator

The Growth Company’s Employment team has a permanent opportunity for an Integration Coordinator who will engage with key stakeholders to champion integration in Trafford Local Authority borough. The role will work closely with Trafford Local Authority, JobCentre Plus (JCP) and voluntary/ 3rd sector services to aid participant progression towards work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for all local integration with specific responsibility to develop local integration plans with Local Leads
- Brokering and managing relationships with the Borough level Eco-system/Social Prescription Networks
- Ensuring our services are transparent and report into identified local Integration Boards and helping establish a multi-agency support team approach to service integration
- Managing a portfolio of external agencies and partners to ensure they provide the highest level of service for participants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with JCP, providing relevant management information to support their monitoring of both flow and eligibility
- Liaising regularly with JCP Work Coaches and other referral agents (External Local Signposting Organisations) to ensure accuracy of referrals
- Facilitating welcome sessions for new participants, as agreed with JCP
- Provide feedback to JCP colleagues to demonstrate "good news stories" of progression and/or outcomes
- Support JCP in identification of disengaged participants and undertaking activity to evaluate and respond to any trends leading to disengagement patterns
- Arranging and delivering Community Engagement Events, and supporting to deliver Disability Confident events
- Arranging and facilitating focus groups with participants to drive continuous improvement
- Working directly with partner organisations/ voluntary sector groups to identify and share online resources with "Digital Champions"
- Arrange and facilitate sessions with voluntary sector organisations on "EcoSystem Live" and encouraging sign-up
- Proactively seek to engage services that meet the needs and barriers of our participants, with the aim of accelerating progression
**About You**
- Work with a range of agencies to promote and disseminate information in order to generate referrals
- Organising and coordination of a range of promotional events. Knowledge of the barriers faced by families with multiple barriers to employment and progression towards employment
- Knowledge of administrative systems in order to record participant progression. A warm outgoing and approachable style in order to build relationships and rapport with a range of organisations and participants
**Skills Required**:
- Must have excellent interpersonal and promotional skills, telephone manner, good organisational skills and excellent IT skills. Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators
- Ability to obtain information and record information accurately with high level of attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work including willingness to travel and working outside of office hours
- The ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven environment
- Must have a strong interpersonal skill to deal with participants
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and willingness to undertake training as required
