**Your Role**:
As a Planning and Dispatch administrator, you will be responsible to plan the internal workload for picking and preparation of orders in line with customer requirements. To align transport providers to ensure they meet the delivery requirements of customers and liaise with customers to make bookings in line with weekly scheduled deliveries, non-scheduled deliveries and any ad hoc requests.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- To prepare and process delivery documentation and produce dispatch information for carriers for full pallet traffic.
- To create Shipments and Groups within the electronic stock management system, in line with customer requirements.
- To liaise with the external haulage providers to ensure they support the operation in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
- Organizing courier services for any same day customer requests as and when required.
- To provide details of delivery information to customers as and when requested.
- To ensure that all issues are dealt with promptly, effectively and in a professional manner.
- The job holder plays a pivotal role in the success of the operation, providing a close coupling of picking and transport activities, while being the main point of liaison for customer queries.
- Ensure goods are prepared for dispatch with relevant labels pallets etc., in line with receiver’s requirements.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Proven experience in warehouse administration with the ability to deal with both internal and external customers
- Experience on managing any Dangerous Goods Notes (DGN’s) is preferable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve complex issues.
- You should be a team player with the self-drive to be pro-active and add value in a dynamic and changing organisation.
- You should be a proficient MS Excel user and familiar with working on Stock Management System.
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with a Wholesaler is preferable
