Major Luxury Brand - Assistant OM/Reception - Green Park SW1. This international luxury brand with beautiful offices in Green Park is looking for a top Assistant Office Manager/Reception Assistant. This is a major opportunity to step into an internationalglamorous luxury brand and build your skills. You will be ambassadorial to the company so great personal presentation and English skills written and spoken is needed

Setting up Zooms & Teams meetings, booking travel and dealing with expenses. Keeping the office running smoothly

This is a busy and interesting role covering all manner of duties from greeting guests, fielding calls, ordering supplies, taxis and transport. Assisting with events & social happenings this can be a full on role with lots of involvement.

A positive and friendly personality is needed with a hands on approach, eager to learn the ropes quickly and take on more responsibility.

You will have 2 - 3 years' experience in a busy multi tasking role with Office Management experience preferably in a luxury brand, fashion brand or similar.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a bright and energised OM/Assistant with much to offer wanting to grow into the role. Excellent package + bonus. Invited to all sample sales and press sales your wardrobe will never look better
