Gracelands CMS Ltd has an opportunity for an Accounts Admin/Assistant to join our busy team located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Gracelands is a busy family run business, established in in 2003 and specialises in Property Maintenance, Gas and Electrical works for local authorities and the private sector.

The Role
The Accounts Assistant role is varied and the main aim is to support the Accounts Manager in all day to day accounts tasks.

Essential Skills
- Experience using SAGE 50
- IT Literate - Microsoft - Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Be a team-player as well as having the initiative to work productively alone
- Ability to prioritise and be well organised
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communications skills with customers, clients and other members of staff
- Ability to work with high volume data input
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of CIS & reverse charge VAT (preferred but not essential)

Main Tasks/Responsibilities
- Raising sales invoices
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier invoices to statements
- Liaising with customers, clients & suppliers
- Reconciling Credit cards & petty cash transactions
- Updating & maintaining excel spreadsheets
- Setting up new Subcontractors/Verifying status with HMRC
- Inputting subcontractor invoices

Monday to Friday - 0800-1700

28 Days Holiday (Inc Bank Holidays)

Salary Dependant on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
