A multi-site operation, situated in Holbeach Hurn and Fosdyke Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 600 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Box Making Operative** to join our Team in **Holbeach Hurn **working on a **5 from 7** shift pattern.

You will have overall responsibility to manage the box making operation, owned by A. H. Worth.

**Duties to include**:

- Responsible for creating and shaping boxes by hand or through the use of machinery
- Unloading deliveries
- Managing stock levels
- Performing to set KPIs
- Raising any stock issues
- Managing storage for boxes
- Escalating any H&S or mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**About you**
- Forklift licence essential
- Experience of working with manual and power tools desirable
- A can do attitude is a must
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
