A multi-site operation, situated in **Holbeach Hurn** and **Fosdyke **Lincolnshire, we consist of a 6,500 acre farming operation, joint ventures in fresh produce and four factories, employing over 600 people that package fresh, wholehead and prepared vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers.

**The role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Quality Auditor** to join our team in **Holbeach Hurn**, working within our** Fresh Prepared **business unit **18:00 - 06:00** on a **2s and 3s** shift pattern.

**Duties to include**:

- Scale and probe calibration, maintaining log and arranging for kit to be sent off for external calibration.
- Intakes assessments on raw material, ingredients, and packaging
- Internal auditing as per the internal auditing schedule
- Non-conformance action - to resolve any issues through investigation and assessment of any product, raw material or processing parameter which fails to meet specification and to follow through corrective actions
- Raising concessions
- Setting up metal detectors and checkweighers for new products.
- Daily area GMP and hygiene verification
- Inputting micro samples onto web based system
- Daily ATP swabbing
- Product review on the factory floor to ensure quality standards are maintained, highlighting any inadequacies so action can be taken
- Shelf life monitoring - highlighting all potential issues to Technical and Production
- Participation in team meetings to enable the continuous improvement of food safety, quality, and legality
- Attending and participation in factory trials
- Oven and chill validations to ensure products are food safe.
- Creating manufacturing specifications for designated working areas from product trials.
- Creating and updating tray/box end labels
- Trials on new raw materials prior to launch

**About you**
- Have previous experience in similar role, ideally within a fast-paced production manufacturing environment
- A can do attitude is a must
- Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve output targets and KPI's
- Quality minded with a high degree of accuracy / attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and flexible
