**Associate, Insights & Analytics**

Golin is seeking an **Associate of Insights & Analytics** to play a key role in contributing to one of the fastest-growing teams in this global agency. As part of the Insights & Analytics team, the Associate will work directly with creatives, media and digital experts along with Senior Strategists to unlock insights and ideas that create meaningful change for our clients.

**What you will do**:

- Think strategically and be insightful, telling stories that converts data into actionable insights
- Conduct earned media research and social listening to identify consumer insights that inform media and creative strategies
- Tabulate and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, pulling out crisp insights and recommendations
- Translate research findings into actionable takeaways and insights that can be easily explained to different internal stakeholders and clients
- Execute regular campaign reporting across earned, owned and paid, pulling out relevant learnings to inform future planning and optimization opportunities
- Confidently present insights and research findings on paper or in person
- Demonstrate a strong interest/understanding of social/digital media metrics and industry trends
- Champion new, innovative approaches to analytics and measurement that push our employees and clients to think differently

**Minimum Requirements**:

- hands-on experience in analytics and reporting, market research or related field
- Data processing and analysis experience; Excel skills, and the ability to work and learn quickly across new software packages or platforms
- Familiarity with online communities in relation to the broader media mix
- Experience with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) as a user and analyst or creator
- Comfortable interpreting a variety of different data sources from primary and secondary research approaches, and creating one cohesive story
- Ability to manage and organize large datasets
- Positive solutions-based attitude to tackling challenges
- The ability to juggle multiple deliverables and timelines at once
- Excellent writing and presentation skills with an eye for presentation design or data visualisation
