**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with the experience of working in a large multinational technology company, based in either our Basingstoke or Glasgow offices.
You will be part of a team of 8, the core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, working 40 hours per week.
The principle objective of the EMEA Order Entry team is the timely and accurate order placement of all customer-driven orders, sold within the EMEA region, following customer signature. The team will work closely with the EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams to receive, validate and process orders from a variety of inputs and are the gatekeeper for ensuring all customer requirements are accurately entered into ordering and delivery systems to ensure workable orders are released quickly into the delivery workflows following customer signature.
**The Main Responsibilities**:
- Timely and accurate validation and keying of orders into ordering and delivery systems in line with entrance criteria/ minimum data sets and customer/ product/ process and billing requirements.
- Drive issue resolution to minimize delays that may occur surrounding the collation and release of orders into the ordering/ delivery systems.
- Keep internal stakeholders and key partners up to date with ongoing orders and issues.
- Interacts and builds relationships with various internal clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Working to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.

Preferred Requirements
- Service delivery/order entry experience within the Telecommunications / Technology Services industry desirable
