**Senior Project Coordinator - Job Advert**

BTS have a fantastic opportunity to join our busy European Operations team at Senior level. This vacancy will be based in either Portsmouth or London.

This role is placed at the 2nd stage of our Operations roadmaps, therefore for an entry level position please look at current Project Coordinator vacancies.

**The Role**

No two days are the same as we coordinate and deploy the logistics for our programs to regional and global clients You will provide senior project support on the execution of these programs, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully, in time and on budget Service is key and the Europe Operations team are at the heart of our client success management. A fun team dynamic and attitude to work supports us to be at our best whilst delivering the highest service and results to our clients.

Hours are generally between 9.00am to 5.30pm (UK) Monday to Friday, but some flexibility is required due to global sessions.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide senior logístical & administrative support to Client Delivery Teams [globally]. This will involve, but not be limited to:

- Owning project deliverables across multiple mid-size clients; executing with high quality and responsiveness
- Accurately maintaining BTS business critical information on assigned projects / tasks
- Workshop or POD (Virtual Group Coaching) coordination
- Liaising and building relationships with the external facilitator network
- Approving and launching new programmes via our in-house digital systems (Changr, Coach OS, Momenta) and monitoring participant engagement
- Workshop logistics, including, but not limited to shipping of IT, ordering printed materials, visa processing, hotel booking
- Supporting the finance department with the invoicing process including obtaining purchase orders, expenses validation and credit control
- Managing client SLA terms, responding to issues, and escalating to Client Delivery team
- Build strong client relationships with key stakeholders; be the primary ‘go to’ for area of responsibility with your clients
- Provide customer service support for Virtual Deliveries in the role of Digital Operator. This will involve, but not be limited to:

- Setting up and managing virtual sessions on platforms such as Zoom and MS teams
- Providing live in-session support such as running polls, moving participants into break-out rooms, technical issues, managing simulations and pushing out links and documents
- Contributing to post session debriefs, with an aim to improve the Operator library and delivery collateral for the wider team
- Work in close partnership with client and internal account teams to innovate, identify and action recommendations for process improvement that could benefit client and team ways of working
- Maintain accurate data on the businesses ERP (Resource & Financial tracking) system and in line with Operations KPI targets, addressing areas affecting performance targets.
