TalentHawk is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead our client's team in an exciting project. The successful candidate will have a robust background in operational technology and experience managing complex IT projects.
- Oversee the implementation of an OT AD (Active Directory) Audit Tool and OT ERR (Enterprise Response & Recovery) systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational technology and cybersecurity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, specifically within the utilities or energy sector.
- Strong background in operational technology.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
