**Lead Generator - Outbound - Web leads (Weekly Pay)**
**Based in : Chorley**
**£22,000 Basic OTE £35,000 Uncapped**
Main purpose and scope of the role
- Excellent communication skills.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment.
- Knowledge of the life insurance industry.
Position within Company Reports To : Lead Generation Manager
**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Identify qualifying new sales opportunities through consumer interaction.
- Maintaining accuracy of company systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work well under pressure.
- Identify and recommend improvements to line manager.
**Company Benefits**
