**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers.
- Ensure that the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to company standards.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering supplies when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Provide assistance and support to other team members when needed
- Upsell drinks and other items to customers to increase revenue
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol service and sales

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Person
- Knowledge of drink preparation and service techniques
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy items as necessary.
- Relevant certification or training in alcohol service and sales may be required.
- UK driving license and vehicle is a MUST
