You will be joining a global luxury fashion designer and your remit will looking after multiple partner relationships and their end-to-end service.

You will have the autonomy to lead as you see fit, due to the position being a stand-alone role covering all aspects of technology in a heavily outsourced environment.

**Location**:Bayswater - 2-3 days in the office

**Salary**:up to £65,000 + bonus + benefits.

**Your role as IT Manager**
- You will work with SAP partners manging end-to-end services.
- Work closely and in partnership with the business community to ensure the delivery of a seamless IT services across all business units and locations.
- Leading the core technology support to the business with the delivery of a high-quality service to end users.
- Working in partnership with technology suppliers and support partners driving service quality and value for money exceeding technology service levels.
- eg change/prioritisation/maintenance/budget.

**To be successful as IT Manager**
- Technically savvy and able to contribute to technical conversations, decisions, and strategies including managing technical resources.
- Experience with ERP systems eg SAP Business One.
- eCommerce platforms.
- IT Application Lifecycle management.
