**About the service**
Cyrenians offers a variety of support to people within the Falkirk area to address the barriers they face to accessing services, employment, volunteering opportunities, as well as tackling social isolation. We support people to explore their next steps in life through bespoke 1:1 support and programme delivery.
**About the post**
This is an exciting new role following a review of our infrastructure in Falkirk. The Senior Keyworker will lead the delivery of our Employability & Justice Services designed to support people to break down the barriers to employment.
The role will line-manage a small team of Key Workers and manage a small caseload. Central to the role will be a passion for supporting people
**About you**
You will
- Be an outgoing individual with a creative and innovative approach.
- Have experience of working within direct service delivery and a background in employability.
- Possess a “can do” approach with strong communications skills that will enable you to engage positively with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Be an experienced line manager

**How we’ll support you**
You will be part of a small team and be supported by an experienced manager.
You’ll have access to wider Cyrenians support, including our learning and development programme, and staff wellbeing services. You’ll have opportunities to participate in relevant training for continued personal development, including the SVQ Assessor/Verifier Award.
