Tempt is looking for a Digital Content Marketing Apprentice to join their team in Manchester.

**Job Description**:
As a Digital Content Marketing Apprentice, you will be planning, developing, creating and evaluating content for the business. Your job responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):

- Creating content for a range of varied clients, managing and monitoring social media channels.
- Managing social media engagement to increase their client’s social following and development of new audiences.
- Fully exploiting the social media and digital marketing potential that could be used as part of a wider strategy for the agency.
- Being an active part of ideas brainstorming and team creatives.
- Provide ongoing and post-campaign effectiveness reports and making observations and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest social trends, platform developments and evaluation methods.
- Ensuring brand guidelines and partnership agreements are adhered to at all times in consistency of marketing materials across the client portfolio.
- Create engaging and viral TikTok videos that resonate with our target audiences across clients.
- Conceptualise and execute creative content ideas to increase our brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends and best practices to ensure we're always ahead of the game.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of marketing is desirable
- Knowledge of Social Media
- Computer Literate

Entry requirements

A-C (4-9) English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent

A passion for social media and digital content

Training to be provided

The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training to be provided on-the-job and off-the-job. The Juice Academy partner with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.

**The qualification will include**:

- Level 3 Content Creator

Things to consider
- Please note: For the first year, you will be paid a minimum salary of £14,000. Thereafter, your pay will be increased to the National Living Wage (currently £9.50 per hour). All salaries are set at the employers’ discretion; however, this will be the minimum you will receive.
