We are looking to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support the medical needs of frail older people within the community in Chesterfield..

Applicants for a Trainee position must be educated to BSc level and have current registration with the NMC or HCPC and hold the V300 prescribing qualification.

Trainees will be paid at band 7 until competence has been achieved and completion of associated academic qualifications awarded.
