An exciting position has opened up within our Sales and Customer Service Team at Mayglothling Waste Ltd. The role would be suitable for an experienced Tele sales or Customer Service Assistant, although training will be given.

**Job purpose**:
**To deliver a professional service assisting in the daily running within the busy customer care team. Maintaining customer service excellence experience at all times, answer all calls and dealing with customer needs.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Initial telephone contact to potential new customers**:

- **Managing inbound and outbound sales calls**:

- **Using sales skills to up-sell any promotional offers**:

- **Creating opportunities to sell additional products and build lasting relationships with customers**:

- **Maintaining excellent knowledge of our product range and promotions**:

- **You will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone to potential customers.**:

- **You must be enthusiastic, professional and warm.**:

- **Ability to work towards/over achieve against sales targets.**:

- **Support sales teams to drive growth in our Business Automation solutions portfolio.**:

- **Identifying and developing new business prospects**:

- **Developing a progressive relationship with prospective clients**

Part time position.

Days: 2 days per week (Monday - Friday).

Hours of work 4pm - 8pm
