Assisting the Senior Administrator in providing comprehensive support services to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Responsible for general administrative duties supporting the day to day running of the business and ensuring that office equipment/functions are maintained to the appropriate quality and quantity.

**Responsibility**
- Work in a professional manner that always represents our company.
- To act as first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries
- Monitor and manage general inboxes.
- To prepare onboarding documents for new employees as directed, coordinate deliveries and ensuring that all equipment is ready for start date.
- Update equipment asset list
- Support Operation team with ordering of equipment
- Arrange regular servicing of equipment.
- Support with recruitment administrative tasks such as posting advertisements, arranging interviews etc.
- Update employee records
- Update training matrix and book renewal courses in required timeframes.
- Administer the process for booking all training within the company.
- Update absence tracker with all absence requests
- Arrange accommodation and travel requirements.
- Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
- Ensure the office equipment is maintained.
- Provide administrative support to the Directors and SHEQ Manager as required.
- Finance support (payroll, P45/P46 control, timesheet management, Purchase Order Control and Document Control etc.)
- Administration of fleet vehicles, including arranging repairs and servicing
