**What will you be doing?**

Working specifically alongside our partners Coach Core and delivering apprenticeships to their work-based learners, you'll provide the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You'll also help them to achievetransferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- A background in coaching and active leisure
- Recent experience of coaching in the community and delivery education in a group setting
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)

**Any of the following would be an advantage but are not essential**:

- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Experience of working within WBL/education environment
