We are looking to recruit a part-time (10 hours per week, worked over 2 mornings) Sports Centre Team Member with a sense of purpose to help improve the lives of others and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and adults.

We offer a salary up to £6,691.73 per annum (based on working 10 hours per week) dependent on relevant skills, experience and qualifications.

If you have a passion for sports and exercise, excellent people skills, enjoy working as part of team and have a desire to help deliver high quality activities to help people realise their potential this is the perfect role for you.

A level 2 in a relevant qualification is essential, as is previous experience working with children or young people.

YMCA Cheltenham, founded in 1855, is a registered charity and has become a leading provider of supported housing for the most vulnerable in Cheltenham and Gloucester, alongside other works sports facilities, affordable housing and other charitable activities.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Team Member’s role is to work as part of a small and committed team to deliver a diverse timetable of activities and excellent customer service to YMCA members and the local community. Working closely with the Sports Centre Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for those using the Sports Centre and, as directed, help deliver and lead activities for our members.
