Newcastle College is seeking a customer-service focused individual to support international applicants and students to find suitable accommodation in the North East for the duration of their study period.

The post-holder will build and manage relationships with a variety of accommodation providers including private student residences and lettings agents.

The post-holder will also undertake a range of other student support activities including; tuition fee management, enrolment, induction, funding assessments, right to study checks and social programme activity.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to this post, as is the ability to build a rapport with students.

This post attracts 30 days annual leave (not including bank holidays) and Local Government Pension Scheme provision. As this is a student-facing role, restricted holiday periods are in place over busy enrolment periods.
