The Operational Trainer will continue to develop and improve staff training across all business areas within Manchester and the Regions, ensuring legal compliance and training requirements are met. This will include supporting internal and external auditing. The role is based at Manchester Airport, with Regional travel required supporting Ground Handling, Cargo, and Regional Transport.
- Support the training strategy taking responsibility for training staff as required, providing the highest level of training within the agreed timeframes
- Identify training needs and deliver training courses as required covering all relevant material and within agreed time frames
- Deliver structured training with new employees, ensuring competence via observation audits and formative assessments prior to operational release - providing additional support where required
- Deliver regular structured refresher training to existing staff to reflect current legislative requirements
- Maintain and update all training records, and ensure security of training records
- Participate in internal/external audits of training modules, materials and records as required
- Set an appropriate example to others and ensure all training positively portrays company brand and product and follows any SOP’s & LOP’s
- Plan, organise and work under own initiative, and to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
- **X-Ray Screening is essential to support CAA Security Training Delivery & CIN certification**:

- Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Pre-employment checks - ability to achieve successful completion of the referencing (checkable 5 year employment/education history) and criminal record check procedures to meet dnata and CAA security regulations, and a satisfactory medical report.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
