Waddington Brown are working in partnership with an established and highly commercial organisation with the appointment of a Reward Assistant. Based in Colchester, this permanent role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of the company’s reward strategy and programmes.

Working in a team and supporting internal stakeholders, including the wider HR and Reward teams, you will be the first point of contact for all queries regarding reward and benefits, providing advice and guidance where required. Providing monthly reports, maintaining benefit trackers, and managing the online benefits portal - therefore excellent data and systems skills are essential. Administrative support to the wider team is also required and supporting with ad hoc projects when needed.

Extensive HR or reward experience is not essential but is advantageous together with strong administration and data management skills. Solutions driven with strong communication skills you will have an excellent attention to detail and adaptability.
