**Office Administrator**

**Paddock Wood - rural location, own transport essential**

**up to £22,000 pa**

This role, joining a bespoke manufacturing company, would suit somebody who likes a varied role, being a part of the whole process within a business.

The role of Office Administrator includes:

- Posting Purchase Invoices onto Sage 50 Professional (training provided)
- Assisting with reports and data for the Compliance and Purchasing departments
- Processing of sales orders (bespoke system)
- Dealing with customer queries.
- General admin work, ordering stationery, sending of samples by post, filing, etc

To be considered for the role of Office Administrator, you should have:

- A good working understanding of MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- The ability to learn new systems
- Flexibility in your job role - this is a small business where cross-support is encouraged

Working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Thursday, 4.30pm finish on a Friday

Consideration will be given to public transport users from Maidstone or Tonbridge, but this does involve a 15 walk from the nearest train station

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
