The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work at our Berrow Primary Church Academy. We require an enthusiastic individual who would like to support one of our children's learning every afternoon.

This is a very exciting opportunity an individual who would relish the chance to join Berrow Primary Church Academy who has recently joined The Priory Learning Trust contributing to becoming the best school it can be.

**As part of this role, you will;**
- Work under the direction of the class teacher to ensure learning targets are achieved and the child is supported to achieve their best in the school environment.
- Promote wellbeing by encouraging them to develop good relationships with others, develop their self-reliance and self-esteem and help them adjust to new settings.
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
- A good standard of education/ three or more GCSEs including maths and English at Grade C minimum or L2 literacy and numeracy.
- An ability to adapt and respond to the needs of the children.
