**What you'll do and be part of**

**What will you bring?**
- You'll be a strategic professional with an analytical mindset.
- You'll have experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably BPO.
- You'll have extensive knowledge in complaints and Ombudsman process.
- Technical mind set in order to learn and suggest fixes to accounts improving the customer's experience.
- You'll be comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-changing environment, and able to respond to changing business needs.
- Be a fast learner, PC-literate and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, along with comfort with numerical calculations.
