We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our growing team at Rapid Locksmiths. If you offer the skills and experience as a high quality administrative support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a growing company.

**About us**:
We are a local established locksmith service and a shoe repair, key cutting & engraving shop which has been operating for over 35 years.

Our locksmith service covers Cambridgeshire, North Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, West Norfolk & South Lincolnshire.

**About the role**:

- Handling of invoices
- Ensuring all locksmiths have the receipts for the jobs and link these with the correct invoices
- Chase & gain payments from customers
- Handling of the weekly banking
- Ensure company vehicles are road legal
- Ensuring stock levels are kept up
- Ensuring all statements & invoices are printed and paid to suppliers
- Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure all paperwork's done
- Speak with customers in-face or on the telephone to take details or keeping them updated if parts have been ordered
- Liase with suppliers to order stock

**About you**:

- Able to priortise work load
- Experience within an administrative role
- Experience within cash handling
- Experience speaking with customers
- Good team player
