Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join growing business in southbourne. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and achieving correct parts through effective communication and negotiation skills.

We are a busy family run motor factor with a large customer base which is growing daily the demand for quick service and reliable parts is crucial in this role.

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Actively promote and sell products to our customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and transactions
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to negotiate terms and close sales successfully
- Organisational skills to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Sales acumen to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Basic IT skills to use sales systems and maintain records accurately
- Drive to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations
- Proficiency in English language for clear communication with customers and team members
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
