Job Title: Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor at Gascoigne Pees Estate Agency

Gascoigne Pees Estate Agency is seeking a qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Emsworth.

We need someone outstanding who can enhance our customers' experience during the mortgage process, someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As our Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, here's what we offer:

Main Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
- Attracting new customers and business, and being driven to achieve professional goals
- Guiding customers through the mortgage service and offering advice on various products
- Participating in branch meetings to share best practices and foster relationships

Key Requirements:
- Hold CeMap or equivalent qualification
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional customer care and service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
