**About the Company**:
Our client is a dedicated Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure development company that addresses the challenges faced by landlords and Charge Point Operators in rolling out a network of EV charging infrastructure in the UK. They develop, fund, build andown EV charging stations across the UK working with some of the country's largest network operators. Their mission is to roll out a network of rapid and ultra-fast EV charging stations in the UK and internationally. They have raised £300 million from SustainableDevelopment Capital LLP to build the charging infrastructure.
They have seized the very best locations in the country for what has become a competitive market, by developing strong relationships and networks with the right landlords and partners. Their selling point is the speed of charge, which is thanks to their cutting-edgecombination of charging hardware, software, battery storage, and smart technologies, which allow EV drivers to quickly return to their journeys The company is on track to becoming the leading EV charging company and is therefore growing its team accordingly.
**The Role**:
As an**Investment Analyst,**you will report directly to the Investment Director, and be involved in the analysis of market segments around Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Research, analyse and present market trends
- Update and use financial models to analyse investment opportunities
- Perform valuation analysis, including DCF
- Assist with monitoring the ongoing financial and operational performance of Infrastructure assets
- Prepare and update reports and presentations
- Assist with special reporting, research, and other projects
- Assist with the overall execution of the projects

**About You**:

- You have an understanding of investment criteria (IRR, payback period etc.)
- A degree in Finance and a track record of academic achievements
- You have excellent research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills
- You have high professionalism and integrity
- You have advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance or modelling long-term projects ( 20-30 years) is advantageous
