**Close Protection Agent - Job Description**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct logístical planning and operational support in connection with executive protection operations
- Provide day-to-day executive protection services
- Travel frequently in support of protective operations, both domestically and internationally, as needed and often on short notice
- Assume responsibility for the safety of Principals at all times during your shift, including personal security, privacy, and confidentiality of business and personal matters
- Advise Principals on security measures as needed
- Remain aware of active, potential and developing threats against the Principals
- Assess risk and mitigate threats on a consistent basis
- Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner for security transport of Principals and assets
- Respond to emergencies and render aid in accordance with training and experience
- Participate in periodic training on pertinent security-related skills and topics
- Assist with coordinating activities, transportation, changes in travel plans, and other requests of the Principals
- Plan routes to and from a variety of points of destinations, e.g., meetings, conventions, travel, etc.
- Be prepared to act as liaison with local, state, and federal police, fire and medical emergency agencies as required.
- **Responsibilities should be carried out with minimum intrusiveness into activities of the Principals. **Competencies and KASO (knowledge, aptitude, skills and other)**
- Operations and security expertise
- Multi-tasking time sensitive and detailed Operations planning activities
- Industry and business acumen.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently while establishing effective relationships, collaborating with peers and clients
- Successful client management experience
- A demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skills

**Education and Experience**
- A high school diploma is required
- An associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited school is preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an Operational and logistics environment is required
- Dispatch experience with executive transportation is preferred
- Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills are preferred
- Legal entitlement to work in UK
- Military or Law Enforcement experience is preferred
- Applicable licenses are required
